Over the years several of our repeat customers have asked about the possibility of purchasing a permanent site for their RV or one of the available condominiums so they would always have a place to stay.

In response to these inquiries, Econfina River Resort has taken a newly created block of RV sites and designated them as condominium units. Also in the works are plans to construct additional housing units for sale as condominiums.

Phase One consists of 21 lots along County Highway C14 designed for RVs and/or Trailers. Phase Two will consist of an additional 28 lots to the West of the existing ponds.
